On the day of the photo and video shoot, I start by conducting a thorough walkthrough of the property. During this walkthrough, I make sure to turn on all the lights and open all window shades to maximize natural light. I also ensure all fans are turned off to prevent any motion blur in the photographs.

This initial walkthrough also allows me to evaluate the property and determine the best angles and lighting conditions for the shoot. Following this, I commence the shoot, taking multiple photographs of each room and the property's exterior. My aim is to capture a variety of shots that highlight the unique features of the property.

Once the shooting session is completed, the post-production phase begins. I meticulously edit the photos and video footage, ensuring the final assets effectively showcase the property.

Finally, on the delivery day, you will receive an email containing your invoice and a link to download the polished, high-quality assets. This process ensures you have easy access to the final images and video, ready for use in your real estate listing or promotional materials.

You can expect to receive your final pictures within 2 business days.

The final video will be ready within 3 business days. Remember, business days are from Monday to Friday.

If you need your pictures and video quicker, we offer a faster service for an extra charge.

If your shoot takes place on a Friday, you can expect to receive your final pictures by the following Tuesday, as it's within 2 business days.

The final video will be ready by the following Wednesday, which is within 3 business days.

These timelines are based on business days, which are Monday to Friday

While our standard operating hours are from Monday to Friday, we understand that weekend shoots might sometimes be necessary.

If you need us to work on a weekend, you can make a special request.

We'll do our best to accommodate your needs if we're available.

Please note, however, there's an additional charge of $50 for weekend services.

Our standard service area covers a radius of 75 miles around Belleville, Michigan.

For locations within a 25-mile radius of Belleville, there are no additional travel fees. However, for locations outside of this 25-mile radius, we charge a travel fee of $1.90 per mile.

For instance, if your property is located 26 miles from Belleville, there would be a $1.90 fee for that extra mile.

If your property is more than 75 miles away or even out of town, you can still reach out to us.

We are open to special requests, but please note that additional charges may apply in these cases.

Final images and video are usually delivered digitally through a secure online platform.

This allows you to easily download and share your materials.

The duration of a photo and video shoot can vary based on several factors. These include the size of the property, how prepared the property is when the photographer arrives, and the specific services you request.

As a general guideline, for a property less than 1,000 square feet, you can expect the following:

-For a photography-only shoot, it will typically take about 45 minutes.

-If you opt for both photography and videography, the shoot will generally take around 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Remember, these are rough estimates and the actual time may vary based on the factors mentioned earlier.

Answer: The house is expected to be in a photo-ready condition when the photographer arrives.

The photographer will capture the property as it is, without major cleaning or rearranging. While the photographer may make minor adjustments or move small items for better composition, any changes are at the discretion of the photographer.

It's important to ensure the property is well-prepared and organized before the scheduled photo shoot.

You are not required to meet us at the property to provide access.

You have the option to provide us with the lock box number or coordinate with the homeowner for access. However, if you prefer, you are more than welcome to meet us at the property.

You can choose to stay during the photo shoot or use the opportunity to step out and grab a coffee if you'd like.

We are flexible and will accommodate your preferences.
